Build the future of security
with Kailber.

We partner with exceptional practitioners who bring precision, expertise, and a bias toward impact. If that's you, we want to hear from you.

Kailber is built on the belief that great security work requires great people. People who have done the work, not just studied it. We don't hire generalists and train them into security. We work with practitioners who already live and breathe this space.

As a boutique firm, every person we bring on shapes the culture, the quality, and the reputation of Kailber. We take that seriously and so should you.

We offer project-based partnerships and full engagements depending on the role and fit. Compensation is competitive and structured around the value you bring.

Precision over volume
We do fewer things at a higher standard. Quality is non-negotiable.
Practitioners only
We respect people who have done the work. Theory without execution doesn't move us.
Ownership mindset
Every engagement is yours to lead. We don't micromanage people who know what they're doing.
Built to last
We build long-term relationships with our partners not transactional ones.
